Time, in years, of the whiskys in the barrels or casks.
In Scotland, by law and since 1915, 3 years minimum of aging is mandatory, and in the label must appear the youngest whisky used in the vatted or blend.
If in the label appear e.g. "10 Years Old", means that the youngest whisky had ten years aged in barrels.
Whisky does not mature further once it is in the bottle.
